Privacy Policy

• Your email address, used for sign-in (magic link or Google sign-in)
• Images, avatars, product photos, and prompts you upload or create in Peithos
• The images and videos Peithos generates for you
• Basic usage data (which pages you visit, which presets you use, credit balance and purchases)

We don't collect payment card details directly - Stripe handles and stores those.

We use your data to run your account, generate the outputs you request, process payments, and understand which features are actually useful so we can improve Peithos. We don't sell your data.

To generate and process your content, Peithos sends it to:

• fal.ai - runs the image and video generation models, and the language model that turns what you type in the chat into a generation plan
• ElevenLabs - runs voice generation for the voiceover step
• ScreenshotOne - captures screenshots of a website address you give us, for the presets that put real screenshots in an ad
• Stripe - processes credit pack payments
• Supabase - hosts our database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel - hosts the application itself
• Meta - measures which advertisements lead to a free sample or an order, so we can stop paying for the ones that do not. This runs only while we are actually advertising, and it receives that an order happened and its value, never your photos, your listing, or what you typed

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and only receives what's needed to perform their part of generating or billing your request.

We keep your account data and generated content until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual assets and generations yourself from your Library and Studio at any time - deleting removes both the database record and the underlying file.

You can delete any asset or generation directly in the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@peithos.ai and we'll process it within a reasonable time.

Access to your data is protected by Supabase authentication and row-level security, so your assets and generations are only readable by your own account and our admin tooling.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll post the update here with a new date.
